Business Development Manager
Greys Specialist Recruitment working with a well-established and fast-growing property developer based in Liverpool, delivering large-scale residential schemes across the UK. With a strong pipeline of developments and continued growth plans, they are now looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to support ongoing sales activity and build new relationships.
This is a commercially focused role, suited to someone who enjoys building relationships and spotting opportunities within the property or construction space.
The Role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the property sector
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, introducers, and key stakeholders
- Support the promotion and sale of residential developments
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Attend meetings, events, and site visits where required
- Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and performance
About You
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role
- Background in property, real estate, construction, conveyancing, or quantity surveying
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own pipeline
- Full UK driving licence
